These include information about the defendant, charges against them, court dates and appearances, bail and bond, please, trial outcomes, and sentencing decisions. While these records are typically considered public, some information may be redacted due to privacy concerns.

The Georgia Superior Court Clerks Cooperative Authority hosts an eCertification portal where users may request digital versions of court documents from the entire Georgia court system. Access to the site requires creating a free account. Criminal records may also be requested from the Superior and State Court via mail. The DeKalb County Superior Court provides an Archive Record Request Form for this purpose on their website. Final judgements or decrees cost $5 and Settlement Agreements cost $10.
